Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced HR Admin Executive with 2 years of relevant experience to handle HR operations and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end HR administrative activities and employee records
• Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding
• Maintain employee files, attendance, leave, and payroll-related data
• Support HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications
• Handle HR documentation such as offer letters, appointment letters, and confirmations
• Manage office administration tasks including vendor coordination and facility support
• Address employee queries related to HR and administration
• Support statutory compliance documentation (PF, ESI, etc.) under HR guidance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and administrative functions
• Knowledge of HR processes and basic labor laws
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in payroll support and compliance coordination
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
