Job Description:

As the Human Resource and Admin Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture, managing our most valuable asset — our people — and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR and administrative duties, with a focus on supporting a growing, dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. This shall be including but not limited to : compliance, using various portals for hiring, managing payroll, admin tasks

Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Leave Management
  • Monitor and manage employee attendance, leave balances, and time-off requests using internal systems.
  1. Employee Identification and Hiring
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment efforts including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
  • Using a number of portals for hiring purpose
  1. Employee Salary Processing
  • Collate monthly payroll data, coordinate with the finance department or payroll provider, and ensure timely salary disbursement.
  1. Employee Performance Management
  • Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems, coordinating regular feedback sessions, and supporting career development plans.
  1. HR Policy Implementation
  • Draft, review, and ensure compliance with HR policies, employee handbooks, and workplace procedures.
  1. Compliance and Safety Management
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, statutory requirements, and internal health & safety protocols.
  1. Data Management
  • Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, including employee files, contracts, and other documentation.
  • Preparation of documents related to HR
  1. New Employee Onboarding
  • Conduct orientation sessions, assist with documentation, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.

 

 

 

  1. Administrative Duties
  • Support daily office operations, vendor coordination, facility management, and general administrative tasks as needed.
  1. Compliance
  • Should be able to handle PF, PT, Insurance compliance
  • Should be able to adhere to State and Central govt HRD policies
  • Should be able to do changes in employee guidelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience (1–3 years) in HR and Admin roles, preferably in startups or small businesses.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
