We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HR and Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in shaping our organization’s workforce strategy by attracting, assessing, and onboarding top-tier talent across all levels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, employer branding initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure timely and effective talent acquisition. With a deep understanding of HR best practices and a proactive approach to workforce planning, this individual will play a critical role in supporting organizational growth and operational excellence. Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning. 

- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job analysis, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. 

- Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and translate them into effective job descriptions and hiring plans. 

- Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques (job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, networking) to build a strong talent pipeline. 

- Manage recruitment metrics and reporting to track time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire, providing actionable insights for improvement. 

- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate and timely data. 

- Support onboarding processes to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture and workflows. 

- Collaborate with HR team members on performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives. 

- Stay updated on labor laws, compliance standards, and industry trends in talent acquisition and HR practices.

- Manage attendance and leaves
