JOB DESCRIPTION

HR EXECUTIVE

Apollo Foundation – Total Health

LOCATION: Hyderabad

JOB PURPOSE

The HR Executive will support the HR department in managing day-to-day human resource operations across various projects and locations. The role involves assisting with recruitment, employee documentation, HR administration, payroll coordination, statutory compliance support, and employee record management.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Recruitment Support

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various roles.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Support preparation of offer letters and appointment letters.

2. Employee Documentation

  • Maintain employee records and personnel files.
  • Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as:
  • Appointment letters
  • Experience letters
  • No dues certificates
  • Confirmation letters
  • Exit documentation

3. HR Operations & Payroll Support

  • Maintain attendance records and leave trackers.
  • Assist in maintaining leave balances and employee records.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for salary processing and reimbursements.
  • Support preparation of employee data required for payroll processing.

4. Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
  • Maintain joining and exit documentation.
  • Assist in full and final settlement documentation.

5. Compliance Support

  • Maintain records related to statutory compliance such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and employee documentation.
  • Ensure all employee documentation is complete and maintained as per organizational requirements.

6. HR Coordination

  • Coordinate with different departments and project teams regarding staffing requirements.
  • Maintain HR trackers, reports, and documentation as required by management.

7. Administrative Support

  • Assist with travel arrangements and logistics for staff when required.
  • Support HR-related communication and internal coordination activities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • MBA / PG Diploma in HR is preferred.

 

EXPERIENCE

  • Fresher or 1 year(s) of experience in HR operations or HR generalist roles is an added advantage.

 

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of basic HR processes and documentation.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation management.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Willingness to work in a rural healthcare environment.
  • Willingness to travel to project locations and field sites as required.
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and departments.
  • Flexibility to support various HR functions and administrative activities when required.
