Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and HR operations. The candidate should have good communication skills and experience in hiring and handling HR activities.

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment process
• Source candidates from LinkedIn, Naukri, and consultants
• Schedule telephonic and face-to-face interviews
• Coordinate with department heads for hiring requirements
• Maintain employee records and HR documents
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and joining documents
• Handle onboarding and employee documentation
• Maintain attendance and HR reports
• Follow up with candidates and consultants
• Support payroll and HR operations
• Maintain proper communication with employees
• Requirements 2 to 3 years of HR experience
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of recruitment and HR process
• Basic MS Excel and MS Office knowledge
• Experience in Construction or Engineering industry is preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
