HR Executive

Role Overview:The HR Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations to ensure smooth workforce management across outlets/units.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end recruitment (Screening, Scheduling, Interviews, Salary negotiation & Offer releases).
• Manage joining formalities and maintain employee records in HRMS.
• Ensure timely attendance tracking, payroll inputs & leave management.
• Coordinate training & induction for new employees.
• Monitor staff discipline, grooming standards & workplace behavior.
• Support the performance review and appraisal process.
• Handle employee grievance management and maintain healthy work culture.
• Ensure statutory compliance documentation (ESIC, PF, Gratuity etc. where applicable).
• Prepare and share weekly and monthly HR reports.
• Candidate Requirements:Graduate in HR / Business Administration or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience (Hospitality / Retail / QSR preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, well-groomed, proactive and people-oriented.
• Knowledge of MS Office and HRMS systems.
• Work Schedule:6 days working
• Flexible to travel across outlets (if required)
