Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic and motivated HR Executive with minimum 1 year of experience to manage end-to-end HR activities and support our growing team.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle recruitment & selection (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups)
• Manage employee onboarding & documentation
• Maintain employee records and HR databases
• Assist in attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
• Support HR policies, compliance, and internal procedures
• Coordinate with department heads for manpower requirements
• Handle employee queries and basic grievance management
• Support performance review and appraisal processes
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 1 year of experience in HR / HR Executive role
• Graduate / MBA in HR preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of labor laws & HR policies
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and HR tools
• Ability to multitask and work independently
