Role Overview:


The HR Executive will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, payroll coordination, and compliance added up with office administration tasks. The role requires a proactive professional who can support both strategic and administrative HR functions.



Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process — sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

• Conduct onboarding and orientation programs for new employees.

• Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.

• Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentation.

• Coordinate payroll data with the accounts department.

• Handle employee queries and grievances with professionalism and confidentiality.

• Organize employee engagement and training programs.

• Ensure HR policies are implemented in line with company and legal standards.

• Support performance management and appraisal processes.

• Assist in statutory compliance (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).


Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree(BBA) or MBA in Human Resources or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles (preferably in a tech or engineering company).

• Strong knowledge of HR processes, statutory compliance, and recruitment platforms.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management software/tools.

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
