We are looking for HR Executive who will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR-related tasks.

Responsibilities:

• 2+ years of experience in HR Department
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including Sourcing, Resume Screening, Interviewing, conduct background checks and on Boarding New Hires.
• Maintain Employee Records and handle HR documentation.
• Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
• Address employee Grievances and Foster a Positive work environment.
• Conduct employee engagement programs and performance evaluations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Human Resources Management
