HR Executive

Role Overview

As the first HR Manager, you will establish the HR framework for a mixed workforce of office employees as well as mining labor. Your primary focus is to transition manual labor management into a structured, data-driven department. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle for site-based personnel, ensuring operational compliance and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Lead end-to-end hiring for labor and staff roles: screening, interviewing, and verification.
• Establish standardized onboarding for high-volume intake.
• Labor Tracking & Payroll
• Implement and manage daily attendance systems for shift-based workforces.
• Ensure data integrity for payroll processing and overtime calculations.
• Compliance & Records: Maintain centralized records for contracts, certifications, and safety training.
• MIS & Reporting - Develop and deliver monthly MIS reports on headcount, turnover, labor costs, and attendance trends.
• Operational Support - Resolve grievances and manage disciplinary actions. Act as the primary liaison between management and the workforce.

Requirements

Experience: 2+ years in HR, with experience in mining, construction, manufacturing, or other labor-intensive industries.
