HR Executive

We are seeking a beginner level candidate for HR Operations.

Job Title: HR Executive

Location: CNC Technics Pvt Ltd, Prashanti Nagar, Kukatpally -Unit-1

Reporting To: HR Manager / Director

Salary: 15000-20000 per month

Timings: Monday to Saturday (9:00-5:30p.m.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Download and verify monthly biometric attendance for 4 units.
• Cross-check attendance with manual registers; track late marks, early exits, and half-days.
• Prepare monthly attendance and OT sheets; ensure accuracy for payroll.
• Manage leave records; ensure applications are signed and policy-compliant.
• Share attendance data with unit heads for confirmation and accounts for salary processing.
• Ensure salary disbursal by 7th of every month.
• Handle recruitment for white- and blue-collar roles via portals and field ads.
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, documentation, PF/ESI registration, and uniform issuance.
• Maintain employee database and update employee handbook after policy changes.
• Submit weekly HR reports and handle tour arrangements/reporting.
• Apply penalties/deductions as per attendance and leave policies.
