HR Executive

The HR Executive is responsible for recruitment, onboarding, attendance management, staff discipline, and daily reporting.

This role ensures smooth coordination between Telecallers, SVE, DME, Accounts, and MD, maintains proper HR documentation, monitors performance, and supports a positive, professional office environment.

Key Duties:

• Hiring & onboarding
• Attendance & discipline monitoring
• Collecting daily reports & preparing summary for MD
• Staff coordination & conflict resolution
• Implementing HR policies & performance tracking

The HR Executive must maintain calm behaviour, take logical decisions, and build a respectful, growth-oriented culture at HKMC.
