Job Description
Purpose of the RoleThe HR / Admin / Process Coordinator will support the Managing Director in day-to-day business operations.
This role focuses on coordination, follow-ups, paperwork, people management, and ensuring processes are followed across the organization.
The person will act as a bridge between management and team members to ensure work moves smoothly and projects do not get stuck.

- Main Responsibilities1. Process & CoordinationEnsure all company processes are followed by team members
- Coordinate with employees across departments (Sales, Design, Site, Accounts, Purchase, Store, etc.)
- Identify where work or projects are stuck or delayed
- Push teams for closure and completion of tasks
- 2. Reporting & TrackingEnsure all trackers and reports are updated daily
- Create daily status reports for management
- Highlight delays, risks, and dependency issues
- Escalate critical issues to management on time
- 3. People CoordinationSpeak with employees to understand challenges
- Drive employees towards solutions, not excuses
- Follow up on commitments given by team members
- Support discipline, timelines, and accountability
- Maintain basic employee records
- Stable profile (not frequently changing jobs)
- Willing to take ownership and responsibility
- Long-term mindset to grow with the company
