Job Title: US IT HR Staffing Executive
Experience: Freshers/Experience (Female Candidates Only)
Location: Pillar No C850, Near RTO, Uppal, Hyderabad - Onsite
Shift: Night Shift (7:30PM to 4:30PM)
Job Overview
We are looking for dynamic and committed female candidates for the role of US IT HR Staffing Executive. Freshers with strong communication skills and experienced professionals with hands-on US immigration expertise are encouraged to apply.
Fresher Requirements
· Fresh graduates are welcome.
· Good English communication skills (verbal & written).
· Willingness to learn US IT staffing and HR processes.
· Interest in long-term association with the organization.
Experienced Professionals Requirements
Roles & Responsibilities
US IT HR & Staffing Responsibilities
· Coordinate end-to-end HR support for US IT staffing operations.
· Maintain employee records, consultant data, and HR documentation.
· Support recruitment and onboarding of US IT consultants.
· Coordinate with vendors, recruiters, and account managers.
· Handle communication related to staffing requirements and documentation.
· Track employee engagement, attendance, and compliance records.
· Ensure smooth HR operations aligned with US staffing processes.
US Immigration Responsibilities
Handle US immigration processes including:
I-140 (Immigrant Petition)
I-129 (Non-Immigrant Petition / H-1B)
I-485 (Adjustment of Status)
· Prepare, review, and maintain immigration documentation.
· Coordinate with immigration attorneys and consultants.
· Track visa validity, extensions, amendments, and status updates.
· Maintain immigration files in compliance with US labor and immigration laws.
· Ensure timely filing and follow-ups with USCIS.
· Maintain confidential immigration and employee records.
Vendor & Compliance Responsibilities
· Handle communication with US vendors and implementation partners.
· Ensure compliance with US staffing policies and immigration regulations.
· Support audits and documentation requests.
· Maintain checklists and trackers for immigration cases.
Reporting & Coordination
· Prepare and maintain HR and immigration status reports.
· Track case progress and provide updates to management.
· Ensure deadlines are met for all immigration filings.
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow.
Key Skills & Competencies
· Strong knowledge of US IT staffing and HR operations.
· Hands-on experience in US immigration processes.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· High attention to detail and confidentiality.
· Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualification
· Any Graduate (B. Tech / BCA / MCA / BSc / MBA preferred).
· Freshers with good English communication can apply.
