Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

Handle end-to-end recruitment for kitchen staff, delivery team, store managers, and corporate roles

Coordinate interviews and ensure quick closures for urgent hiring needs

Manage bulk hiring drives and walk-ins

2. Employee Management

Maintain employee records and attendance

Handle onboarding and induction of new employees

Ensure smooth joining and exit formalities

3. Payroll & Compliance

Assist in salary processing and attendance tracking

Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

Handle PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements

4. Employee Engagement

Maintain positive work culture across outlets

Resolve employee issues and grievances

Plan team engagement activities

5. Performance Management

Support performance tracking of staff

Coordinate appraisals and feedback systems

6. Operations Support (Important for F&B)

Coordinate with outlet managers for manpower planning

Ensure adequate staffing during peak hours

Support urgent replacements and shift management

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to handle pressure and urgent hiring

Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing

Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

Qualifications

MBA / Degree in Human Resources or related field

1–5 years of experience (F&B / Retail preferred)
