HR Executive

Job Summary:

The HR Executive will manage the full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and employee development. The role aims to support organizational growth by fostering a positive work environment and ensuring efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage recruitment processes including job description creation, advertising, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring coordination.

- Oversee employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to ensure smooth integration.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.

- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and payroll coordination.

- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate employee development initiatives.

- Address employee relations issues, resolve conflicts, and ensure workplace safety.

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to management.

- Coordinate exit interviews and manage employee separations.

- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and organizational culture programs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR or related roles.

- Familiarity with HR software, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office.

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution capabilities.

- Leadership qualities and ability to work effectively within teams.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with HR compliance and labour law adherence.

- Proficiency in performance management and training program coordination.

- Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting tools.

- Strong ethical mindset and professionalism.
