Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Managing the hiring process from job postings to new hire orientation and paperwork.
- Employee Relations: Addressing grievances, conducting investigations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Performance Management: Assisting with performance evaluations, feedback, and goal setting.
- Policy & Compliance: Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies and ensuring adherence to labor laws.
- Training & Development: Identifying needs and coordinating training programs for professional growth.
- HRIS & Records: Maintaining accurate employee data and digital files.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially, Problem-solving and decision-making, and Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
