🎯 Role Overview
This is not a traditional HR role.
You will act as the owner of people, culture, hiring, and internal operations — directly working with founders to build a high-performance team and organization.

HR + Recruiter + Operations Manager + Culture Builder
🔥 Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Core Priority)
Own end-to-end hiring:
Trainers (VLSI experts – DV, PD, Analog, Embedded)
Sales team (counsellors, closers)
Marketing team (content, performance, video editors)
Build hiring funnels:
LinkedIn outreach
Job portals
Campus hiring
Conduct:
Screening calls
Interviews
Evaluation frameworks
Ensure fast, high-quality hiring cycles
2. Employee Lifecycle Management
Handle complete employee journey:
Onboarding → Training → Performance → Retention
Create structured onboarding systems
Track employee performance with KPIs
Conduct regular feedback and performance reviews
Design retention strategies for top talent
3. HR Operations & Policies
Build HR systems from scratch:
Attendance tracking
Leave policies
Payroll coordination
Offer letters & contracts
Ensure compliance with basic labor policies
Maintain employee records and documentation
4. Culture & Team Building
Build a high-performance, ownership-driven culture
Create internal communication systems
Plan:
Team meetings
Engagement activities
Recognition systems
Ensure accountability across teams
5. Performance & Productivity Management
Define KPIs for:
Sales team
Marketing team
Trainers
Monitor productivity and output
Identify underperformance and fix gaps
Work closely with founders to optimize team performance
6. Founder & Business Support
Act as a bridge between founders and team
Help in:
Structuring teams
Scaling operations
Hiring strategy
Take ownership of internal execution
🧠 Required Skills
Must-Have:
Strong communication & people management skills
Hiring & interviewing experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup
Problem-solving mindset
Ownership mentality (not task-based thinking)
Good-to-Have:
Experience in EdTech / Training Institutes
Understanding of technical hiring (VLSI / IT)
Knowledge of HR tools & ATS systems

1–4 years experience (or highly driven fresher with strong execution ability)
Someone who can build systems from zero
Someone who can handle pressure and scale teams fast
Not a “policy-only HR” — but a business-driven operator
