HR Intern

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern who is eager to learn and support day-to-day HR operations. This internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
• Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interviews and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support joining formalities, background verification, and offer letters
• Assist in attendance tracking and basic payroll coordination
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives
• Help in updating HR databases and MIS reports
• Handle basic HR queries from employees and interns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed MBA / MSW / PGDM / Graduation (HR or related field)
• Good communication skills (English & local language preferred)
• Basic knowledge of HR processes is an advantage
• Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
