HR Manager

Manage end-to-end recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and hiring.

Collaborate with department managers to define roles and hiring needs.

Handle payroll data, attendance, payslips, and coordinate with Finance for salary processing.

Oversee office administration, vendor coordination, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Prepare HR and administrative reports (daily, monthly, yearly).

Manage employee exit formalities and final settlements.

Maintain confidentiality while ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all HR processes.
