Job Description

We are looking for a versatile HR professional to oversee our end-to-end people operations. The ideal candidate will be a "hands-on" expert capable of managing the entire employee lifecycle—from sourcing and interviewing top talent to managing performance and handling day-to-day HR administrative tasks. You will be the bridge between management and employees, ensuring a productive and compliant workplace.

  • Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & SelectionEnd-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full hiring cycle, including sourcing, screening resumes, and conducting initial assessments.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and department heads.
  • Selection & Decision Making: Assist hiring managers in evaluating candidates and making final selection decisions.
  • Salary Negotiation: Lead compensation discussions and manage the offer rollout process to ensure competitive yet budget-conscious hiring.
  • 2. HR Operations & AdministrationOnboarding & Offboarding: Design and execute a seamless onboarding experience for new hires; manage exit interviews and legal formalities for departing staff.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with local labor laws and internal company policies.
  • Documentation: Maintain digital and physical employee records (contracts, sensitive documents, and HRIS updates).
  • 3. Employee Handling & RelationsGrievance Management: Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns, resolving conflicts professionally and maintaining a positive work culture.
  • Policy Enforcement: Communicate and enforce company-wide policies, ensuring all staff are aligned with the organization's code of conduct.
  • Engagement: Drive initiatives to improve employee morale and retention.
  • 4. Performance ManagementAppraisal Cycles: Organize and lead quarterly or annual performance review meetings.
  • Performance Tracking: Work with managers to set clear KPIs and track employee progress.
  • Performance Improvement Plans (PIP): Identify underperformers and develop coaching or improvement programs to help them succeed.
  • Requirements & SkillsExperience: 1 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate salaries and handle difficult conversations with tact.
  • Knowledge: Deep understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Tools: Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Zoho People) and MS Office (especially Excel for reporting).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/SHRM certification is a plus).
