• Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & OnboardingHandle end-to-end recruitment for telecallers, sales, and other positions.
• Post job openings on job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
• HR OperationsMaintain employee records, attendance, and HR databases.
• Support payroll coordination, leave management, and statutory compliance.
• Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, and experience letters.
• Employee RelationsAct as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
• Support employee engagement activities and performance tracking.
• Ensure company policies are communicated and followed.
• Reporting & CompliancePrepare HR reports on recruitment status, attrition, and manpower planning.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies.
