HR Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, hands-on HR Manager to lead the human resources function at Super Electricals. This role

will own the full employee lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning & development,

compensation & benefits, employee relations, and HR compliance — while partnering with leadership to build a high-

performing, engaged workforce that supports our operational goals.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s or HR certification

(SHRM/PHR) is a plus.

- 4–8 years of progressive HR experience; experience in manufacturing, services, construction, or trades

(electrical/technical) preferred.

- High integrity, confidentiality, and ability to build trust across levels.

- Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office; experience with ATS and payroll systems preferred.
