Open Position: HR manager 

We seek an HR Manager to manage our full-cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates and HR activities.

Responsibilities:

She/he should be able to perform all the responsibilities mentioned in the HR superintendent job description and should also be able to prepare HR policies and procedures in consultation with the management related to the mentioned HR activities.

Design and implement Employee welfare measures & promotion policies.

Assess and Identify the Employees who design and conduct training programs.

Preparing and Implementing the Employee appraisals.

Preparation and monitoring of attendance e and leave policy.

Prepare the job profiles and job descriptions.

Improvement in the Recruitment and selection process.

Understanding & preparing pay scales, salary structures, and preparation of salary budgets, wages, and salary policies.

Command over all statutory compliances like ESI, PF, and its adherence

Having excellent written and verbal communication skills and a command of MS Word and Excel is essential.

Age: 30 to 45 yrs.

Experience: 5 to 10 yrs.

Qualification: Any degree with MBA/IRPM/PPM//PGDBM Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.

Pay Scale: 45000-70000 per month
