• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and induction programs
• Ensure timely hiring as per organizational needs

• Maintain healthy employee–employer relationships
• Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts
• Promote a positive and productive work environment

Policy Development & Compliance

• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company regulations
• Handle disciplinary actions as per company policy

Performance Management

• Design and manage performance appraisal systems
• Monitor employee performance and provide guidance to managers
• Support employee development and career growth initiatives

Training & Development

• Identify training needs and organize training programs
• Facilitate skill development and leadership training
• Evaluate training effectiveness

Payroll & Compensation Management

• Oversee payroll processing and salary disbursement
• Manage compensation structures, benefits, and incentives
• Ensure statutory deductions and compliance (PF, ESI, etc.)

Attendance & Leave Management

• Monitor attendance, leave, and shift schedules
• Ensure proper record maintenance and reporting

HR Administration

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Manage HR systems, MIS reports, and audits
• Coordinate with management on HR strategies

Employee Engagement & Welfare

• Plan employee engagement activities and initiatives
• Promote employee welfare, motivation, and retention
• Conduct employee satisfaction surveys

Exit Management

• Manage resignation, exit formalities, and final settlements
• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback
