Job Description – HR Manager (Female)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage and oversee all human resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, and compliance. The ideal candidate should be people focused, organized, and capable of driving a positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and hiring processes

• Handle employee onboarding, induction, and training

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures

• Manage employee engagement and retention activities

• Handle payroll coordination and attendance management

• Monitor and manage daily/weekly/monthly attendance reports

• Address employee grievances and conflict resolution

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations

• Conduct performance appraisals and support leadership development

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, MBA (HR preferred)

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR management

• Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software Preferred Skills

• Strong leadership and team handling skills

• Problem solving and decision-making abilities

• Experience in IT / Retail / Startup environment is a plus
