Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesProcess monthly payroll, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT)
- Manage employee lifecycle - onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and documentation
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and maintain HRIS records
- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and new hire orientation
- Support performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement
- Manage vendor coordination, office administration, and facility support
- Prepare HR MIS reports and maintain compliance documentation
- Key Skills RequiredPayroll Processing - End-to-end payroll and statutory knowledge
- HR Generalist Functions - Recruitment, onboarding, employee relations
- Operations & Admin - Vendor management, office coordination
- HRIS & MS Excel - Data management and reporting
- Compliance - Labor laws, PF, ESI, PT
- Communication - Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
