​🌟 Job Posting: HR Expert - Core Operations and Strategy​Are you a highly experienced HR professional with a deep understanding of core HR operations, looking to drive structural and strategic change? We are seeking an HR Expert to oversee and optimize critical organizational functions, from departmental structuring to compensation strategy.

​📌 Key Responsibilities

Organizational Design & Restructuring:

Lead the analysis and redesign of departmental structures, including resetting, merging, or realigning departments to optimize efficiency, workflow, and strategic fit.

Develop and maintain the organizational chart and reporting structures. 

Inter-Departmental Communication & Collaboration:

  • Establish and streamline protocols for effective inter-departmental communication and conflict resolution to foster a cohesive work environment.
  • ​Act as a neutral liaison to facilitate communication during major changes or restructuring.

Job Profile and Documentation:

  • ​Design, implement, and maintain a standardized process for creating and updating accurate and comprehensive job profiles (Job Descriptions).
  • ​Ensure all profiles align with the new organizational structure and strategic goals.

Compensation and Benefits Strategy:

  • ​Design, analyze, and recommend the end-to-end salary structure (pay grades, ranges, and bands) from top-level management to entry-level positions.
  • ​Conduct market benchmarking to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of the compensation structure.
  • ​Develop and manage the overall total rewards philosophy.

Required Skills and Qualifications


5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on HR Operations, Organizational Development (OD), and Compensation/Benefits.

Proven expertise in leading organizational restructuring and departmental resetting initiatives.

In-depth knowledge of job evaluation methods and compensation structure design (e.g., job grading, salary matrix development). 

Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
