Job Description

  • Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create or update job descriptions, and finalize selection criteria.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, social media, campus drives, referrals, recruitment agencies).
  • Screen resumes and applications, shortlist profiles, and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and panel members.
  • Conduct HR rounds to assess cultural fit, salary expectations, notice period, and joining probability.
  • Manage the offer process: salary negotiation, offer letter preparation, and follow‑up until joining.
  • Maintain and update candidate data in the recruitment tracker/ATS, ensuring accurate records and reports.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, offer‑to‑join ratio, etc.).
  • Support employer branding initiatives through social media posts, career fairs, and internal referral drives.
  • Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and applicable labour laws.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree (preferably in HR/Business/Commerce); MBA/PGDM in HR is an added advantage.
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (IT/Non‑IT/volume hiring, as relevant).
  • Strong sourcing skills (job portals, LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking).
  • Good communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with an Applicant Tracking System is a plus.
