HR Recruiter

We are looking for an HR Recruiter who can handle end-to-end recruitment and basic HR operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with resume screening, candidate coordination, interview scheduling, and offer letter processing.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen resumes from job portals such as Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, etc.

• Shortlist candidates based on role requirements

• Call candidates, explain job details, salary, and interview process

• Schedule and coordinate walk-in and virtual interviews

• Follow up with candidates to ensure interview attendance

• Collect and update interview feedback

• Prepare and issue offer letters to selected candidates

• Coordinate joining formalities and collect employee documents

• Maintain recruitment trackers and basic HR records

• Support onboarding and induction process

• Coordinate with hiring managers for recruitment updates

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 1–2 years in HR / Talent Acquisition

• Qualification: Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)

• Age: Below 30 years preferred

• Good communication skills (English + Telugu preferred)

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR documentation

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
