HR Recruiter

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the face of our company to potential candidates. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier talent to meet our evolving business needs. The ideal candidate has a "hunter" mindset for sourcing and a "partner" mindset when working with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify active and passive candidates.
• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire process from initial intake meetings with managers to conducting interviews and extending offers.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner closely with department heads to understand specific hiring requirements and provide regular updates on the talent pipeline.
• ATS Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Onboarding Support: Coordinate with the HR Operations team to ensure a seamless transition from "Candidate" to "Employee."

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in recruitment (Agency or In-house experience preferred).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to "sell" the company vision.
• Negotiation: Proven ability to handle complex salary negotiations and closing processes.
