HR Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates to meet organizational staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle
• Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers
• Coordinate candidate follow-ups and offer rollouts
• Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database
• Handle onboarding documentation and joining formalities
• Ensure timely closure of open positions

Required Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing methods
• Basic HR processes understanding
• MS Excel & MS Office knowledge
• Time management and multitasking ability

Qualification:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or any related field
• Experienced candidates can apply

Preferred:

• Experience in bulk/store/retail hiring
• Immediate joiners
