Role Overview

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring the right candidates for various real estate roles. This position requires strong communication skills, knowledge of real estate job functions, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition Handle end-to-end recruitment for real estate roles such as Sales Executives, Business Development Managers, Tele callers, CRM Executives, Site Sales Staff, Admin, and Back Office.

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct telephonic / in-person interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with respective departments.

2. Hiring & Onboarding Conduct initial HR rounds and shortlist suitable candidates.

  • Maintain selection pipelines and follow up closely with candidates.
  • Prepare offer letters, handle joining formalities, and onboarding documentation.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Management to understand manpower needs.

3. Employer Branding

  • Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and social platforms.
  • Promote Brick2Brick as an attractive employer through engaging content.
  • Support HR marketing efforts to attract top talent.
  • Compliance & HR Support
  • Ensure all recruitment processes follow company policies.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, basic HR operations, and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration or equivalent.
  • 1–4 years of recruitment experience (real estate hiring preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and work under deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn recruitment, and sourcing techniques.
