Job Description
Qualification: MBA HR
Experience: Fresher to 1 year
Location: Somajiguda, Hyderabad
Core Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, networking) and build talent pools.
- Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate the interview process.
- Manage the hiring process, provide updates, and ensure a positive journey for applicants.
- Maintain candidate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and track hiring metrics.
Key Skills & Qualities:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Ability to build network, and Knowledge of recruitment and trends.
