š Work Profile:
Ā· š Bulk hiring for Call Center/BPO, Edtech, Fintech, Hospitality, Architecture & Construction and IT/Software Development Companies for roles like:
o Inside Sales, Field Sales and marketing, Team Leaders (TLs), Business Development Managers (BDMs), Snr BDM's, Counselors, Customer Service, Guest Relations (Domestic & International Process).
o Experienced IT/Software Development roles (3ā10 years) such as Cloud Engineers, Java, Dotnet, Fullstack Developers, SAP Modules, Data Scientists, and more.
Ā· š©āš« Work as a Counselor to convince and guide students to enroll in Software/IT courses.
Ā· š„ Handle daily walk-ins at the office and support client walk-in drives.
Ā· š Source candidates via job portals, social media & references.
Ā· š¢ Post jobs online and manage candidate flow.

ā Requirements
Ā· Strong convincing and communication skills (for both recruitment & student counseling).
Ā· Fluency in Telugu, English & Hindi. ( Additional Advantage if you know Kannada or marati)
Ā· Target-driven, energetic, and confident personality.
Ā· Ability to handle bulk hiring and student counseling simultaneously.
Ā· Having your own laptop is an added advantage.
