Job Summary


The HR Executive will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and core HR operations. The role includes job postings, resume screening, candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, offer letter preparation, and onboarding support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience hiring for manufacturing, fabrication, site, and project-based roles.


This is a practical, execution-focused HR role, not a policy-only position.



Roles & Responsibilities


Recruitment & Hiring

• Understand manpower requirements from department heads

• Prepare and post job openings on portals such as Naukri, Apna, Indeed, and other platforms

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and technical/management teams

• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily hiring MIS

• Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closures


Offer Management & Onboarding

• Negotiate salary within approved budgets

• Prepare and release offer letters, appointment letters, and joining letters

• Coordinate joining formalities and documentation collection

• Maintain employee personal files and onboarding records


HR Operations Support

• Maintain employee master data and records

• Support attendance, leave, and basic HR administration

• Assist in HR policies implementation and employee communication

• Coordinate with payroll/vendor teams if required



Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business Administration / Management

• 1–4 years experience in recruitment or HR operations

• Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or industrial companies preferred

• Hands-on experience using Naukri, Apna, and other job portals



Key Skills & Competencies

• Recruitment & talent acquisition

• Resume screening and shortlisting

• Offer letter and documentation handling

• Strong follow-up and coordination skills

• Good communication (verbal & written)

• Basic HR MIS, MS Excel & Word

• Ability to work independently and meet hiring timelines
