Job Description
- Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Proactively find qualified candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Job Description & Posting: Draft and publish appealing job advertisements across various platforms.
- Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess skills and cultural fit.
- Candidate Management: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Extend job offers, negotiate salary packages, and support the onboarding process for new hires.
