The incumbent will be a part of a central team that has deep expertise in identifying talent with an online and offline presence, focused on the sourcing & validation of talent with selected focus-profiles, based on forecasting (demand management). Sourcing channels will include Job portals, networking sites, whatsapp/telegram groups as well as walk-in/field recruitment activities.

What a typical day at work would look like?

● Identifying candidates through a variety of sources & evaluating their fitment into the required skill buckets (Focus Talent Groups - FTGs).

● Updating the candidate information live into Randstad’s internal Database system and periodically refresh candidates’ data in the FTGs.

● Continuously building candidate networks across sources and channels.

● Ensuring the Focus Talent Groups (skill buckets) are steadily stocked with appropriate number of candidates required for fulfillment.

● Effectively collaborate with the Delivery center colleagues in increasing the number of placements.

● Attending the daily standup/review meetings to share updates/learnings.
