🎯 Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment (Sourcing to Joining)

Post job vacancies on job portals, social media & local networks

Screen resumes and shortlist candidates

Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews

Coordinate with management for final interviews

Ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates

Maintain recruitment database and hiring reports

Achieve monthly hiring target of minimum 10 candidates

✅ Requirements:

6 months – 2 years experience in recruitment (Real Estate hiring experience is a plus)

Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply

Strong communication and convincing skills

Ability to work on monthly targets

Basic knowledge of MS Office & job portals

Good follow-up and coordination skills
