Key Responsibilities

• Handle Hiring / Talent Acquisition across India for IT product sales profiles
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through effective development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital
• Conduct training programs for the sales force on:
• Soft skills
• Company products
• Training & development initiatives
• Manage job design, employment cycle changes, talent management, and facilities management services
