Role and Responsibilities: Job Description: Handling the complete Recruitment life-cycle for sourcing "Frontline Sales Hiring". Full execution of the recruitment process (including the job posting, screening resumes, phone interviews, Following up on the interview process status, regular communication with candidates and managers) Sourcing candidates through Internal Database, Job portals, social networks and advertisement. Manages posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels.   Taking initial screening rounds, understanding their competencies & skill sets. Coordinating between the candidate & the panel during the entire recruitment process.  Ensuring timely follow-ups with candidates until they complete all the levels of interview. Regular follow up with offered candidates to get them onboard.  Sending updates weekly basis to show current hiring status. Preparation of monthly recruitment calendar and the action plans. Serving as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations. Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved, Publishing Recruitment dashboard (Monthly reports) and MIS on employment activity. Preferred Skillset: Individual contributor having min 2 years hands on experience on job portals & knowledge of social media hiring. Deep understanding of recruitment processes. Should be able to handle end to end hiring process. Good with excel, reports & data management. Must have a proven track record hiring in BFSI, Frontline sales bulk hiring.   Should be presentable, thoughtful & have understanding of the professional work environment. Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods. Must have Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
