Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for multiple clients across IT and Non-IT domains. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet client hiring requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand client job requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
• Coordinate offer rollout and joining formalities.
• Build a strong pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
• Required SkillsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment process and job portals.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Strong sourcing and screening skills.
• MS Excel and basic computer knowledge.
• Preferred SkillsExperience in IT or Non-IT recruitment.
• Knowledge of LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search (optional).
• Educational QualificationAny Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).
