🚀 Hiring: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) – Hyderabad |

One of our client is committed to creating a greener planet by delivering reliable, sustainable, and cost-effective solar energy solutions. We design, install, and maintain customized solar systems for individuals and businesses—powered by expert engineers, technicians, and project managers focused on quality, safety, and innovation.

We are now looking for a proactive, dynamic, and people-focused HR Business Partner (HRBP) to help build our HR foundation, strengthen our culture, and support our growing teams across functions.


🌟 Role: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

📍 Location: Hyderabad

🏢 Work Mode: Onsite

💼 Experience: 4–10 years

🌱 Preferred Industry: EPC, Construction, Infrastructure, Renewable Energy


🔧 Key Responsibilities

🎯 Talent Acquisition

Lead end-to-end hiring across engineering, design, project execution, procurement, business development, and support teams.

Create engaging job descriptions and strengthen employer branding on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms.

🤝 Employee Experience

Design and manage a structured onboarding experience.

Build culture-enhancing initiatives: welcome rituals, team connects, and engagement activities.

📂 HR Systems & Compliance

Set up foundational HR systems, employee records, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and state-specific HR norms.

Coordinate with Accounts/Admin for payroll, attendance, and HRMS setup.

📈 Performance & Development

Implement a performance evaluation system aligned with company goals.

Support KRAs, feedback cycles, and performance conversations.

Identify training needs and drive development initiatives.

🧩 Strategic HR Partnership

Act as the primary HR point of contact for project teams.

Partner with leadership on hiring strategy, workforce planning, and compensation decisions.

💚 Employee Well-being

Monitor employee morale, burnout indicators, and retention risks.

Proactively address concerns and improve workplace well-being.

📘 Policy & Process Development

Develop scalable HR policies (leave, travel, reimbursements, etc.).

Implement tools for attendance, recruitment tracking, and internal communication.


💡 What You Bring

4–10 years of HR experience (HRBP/Generalist).

Strong background in HR policies, employee relations, and labor law compliance.

Experience in EPC/Construction/Renewables is preferred.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (HR certifications are a plus).
