Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, and onboarding.

Process monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy in deductions, bonuses, and overtime.

Maintain employee records and manage HR compliance with local/federal laws.

Handle employee relations, addressing queries and providing support.

Accounts & Finance:

Manage accounts payable (vendor payments) and receivable (client invoices).
