Human Resource Executive

We are looking for an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles across the organization, including Business Development, Trainers, Academic Support, Operations, and Interns. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates for multiple roles using job portals, referrals, and social media
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
• Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling
• Manage offer letters, onboarding, and joining follow-ups
• Maintain hiring trackers and recruitment data

Requirements:

• Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle for different roles
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Experience hiring sales and non-sales roles is an advantage
• Familiarity with job portals and Google Sheets/Excel
• Freshers interested in HR recruitment are welcome
