Human Resource Generalist

HR Generalist (Manufacturing Unit Experience) –

1. Manage end-to-end HR operations in a manufacturing setup, including recruitment of shop-floor and staff employees.
2. Ensure compliance with labor law.
3. Handle statutory registers, inspections, audits, and liaison with government authorities.
4. Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, shift management, and contract labor compliance.
5. Address employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and maintain healthy industrial relations.
6. Support performance management, training, safety compliance, and overall workforce productivity.
