Job Description
Lead Talent Acquisition – Source, attract, and onboard top talent for faculty and staff.
Drive Employee Engagement – Design initiatives for wellness, team-building, and development.
Manage HR Operations – Oversee recruitment, attendance, records, events, and statutory compliance.
Enable Performance & Growth – Implement appraisal systems and structured development programs.
Provide Strategic Insights – Analyze HR metrics and advise leadership on retention and succession planning.
✔ MBA in HR or equivalent with 5+ years of core HR experience, preferably in education/institutional settings.
✔ Strong expertise in talent acquisition, HR operations, and performance management.
✔ Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Telugu & Hindi is a plus.
✔ A proactive leader with empathy, analytical ability, and a strategic mindset.
✔ Hands-on experience with HR tools and a passion for building inclusive, high-performance cultures.
