1. HR EXECUTIVE

He/she should be able to perform any of the HR activities mentioned below.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Understanding the manpower requirements of the organization and sourcing the right candidate for the correct position.

Sourcing relevant profiles through multiple channels of recruitment.

Screening candidate's resumes and job applications.

Evaluate candidates based on their experience, communication, and academic background.

Scheduling interviews, Follow-up with the candidates, Documentation of recruitment reports, and employee onboarding duties.

Salary Negotiation skills.

Maintaining Employee personal files and HR database.

Maintenance of attendance and leave records.

Maintain records of salaries and statutory compliances like ESI, PF, and appraisal.

Maintenance of Entry and Exit formalities.

Employee Discipline handling.

Employee complaints and grievances handling

Having excellent written and verbal communication skills and a command of MS Word and Excel is essential.

Age: 23 to 35 Yrs.

Pay scale: 20000-35000 per month

Experience: 0 to 5 Yrs.

Qualifications: MBA (HR)/PGDBM/PGDM/IRPM
