🔹 About the RoleEmpass Overseas is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Immigration Sales Specialist with excellent communication & persuasion skills. The ideal candidate will handle inquiries, convert leads into clients, and close sales for Canada PR, Australia PR, Germany Opportunity Card, Study & Tourist Visa services.

Your primary goal: Convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities (Sales-Focused)

• Convert inbound leads into paid clients through strong sales closing skills.
• Conduct consultation calls with prospects & explain immigration pathways clearly.
• Identify client needs, provide program guidance & present suitable solutions.
• Follow up on leads via phone, email, and WhatsApp to increase conversion rate.
• Meet monthly & quarterly sales targets consistently.
• Maintain lead tracking, call logs & daily reporting.
• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients to increase referrals.
• Be updated with country-based immigration trends to sell confidently.
• 🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales (Mandatory).
• Experience in Immigration/Study Abroad/Overseas services – Preferred.
• Strong negotiation, closing & convincing skills.
• Confident and fluent in English + Hindi/Telugu advantage.
• Positive attitude, aggressive follow-up skills & target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to handle pressure and convert high-value leads.
