Responsibilities:

• Design and develop azure data pipelines using data factory.

• Strong background working on various relational databases including data modelling.

• Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.

• Hands on experience in ETL processes using SQL databases, knowledge of various storage services (ADLS, Blob, Kingsway Soft etc).

• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for data transformation including writing stored procedures.

• Implement data validation and error handling in the data pipelines.

• High level understanding of MS SQL, Azure SQL, SQL managed instance and other Azure databases, like Cosmos DB.

• Ability to troubleshoot data issues and coordinate seamlessly with client tech teams and Microsoft tech teams.

• Exposure to Fabric Lakehouse/Notebook, writing SQL queries, Power BI – DAX queries, Measures, visuals

• Good communication and problem-solving skills
